Die Zulassung von Testern ohne entsprechende Norm ist allerdings Blödsinn - dann geht die eh schon angezweifelte Genauigkeit ganz den Bach runter - dann kann man das Ganze gleich sein lassen.
Ich bin für die Beibehaltung der Pflicht, nur die Strafandrohnug muss solange ausgesetzt werden bis die Lieferung sichergestellt werden kann.
Und Tester die die Genauigkeit nicht bringen (erfüllen die denn die Norm überhaupt?) dürfen nicht verkauft werden.

So´n Quatsch - diese Frist bestand von Anfang an.
Fest scheint dabei aber zu stehen daß unseriöse Geschüftemacher von dem Lieferengpass profitieren und irreführende Werbung plazieren.
Fakt ist - und das hat mir die Rechtsabteilung des ADAC bestätigt: Nur Tester mit der NF-X - Zertifizierung sind zugelassen!

Die Masche "bis 31.Oktober gültig" ist m.E. schlicht Bdetrug - denn Du mußt schon heute einen ZUGELASSENEN Tester dabeihaben.

Bei den mir bekannten, zugelassenen Testern bläst Du in eine Tüte deren Inhalt dann durch den Tester gedrückt wird (definierte Luftmenge) - also keine direkte Berührung.

Ich hab ein Doppelpack im Quto und, da ich in diesem Fall überhaupt nichts alkohöllisches trinke ein Röhrchen in der Motorradjacke - und gut is´.
Ich find das schon heftig wie sich einige darüber echauffieren und die wildesten Vermutungen die Runde machen - gerade in deutschen Foren ist das schlimm.
Wer deswegen nicht mehr nach F fahren will - OK, wieder ein Oberlehrer weniger.
Und daß "die Franzmänner" (O-Ton eines Foristen" das zum Anlass nehmen um die "Touris mal wieder abzuzocken" - OK, auf so jemand kann ich hier schon ganz verzichten.
Für 11€ ein Fass aufmachen? Da bräuchten sich die Blauen nur am ehem. Grenzübergang an der B9 hinstellen oder am vierspurigen Abschnitt hinter Iffezheim...
das würde jedenfalls was bewirken.
Ganz deutlich gesagt: Ich finde die Maßnahme gut und richtig - wenn die Röhrchen dann auch noch Umweltverträglich werden ist es OK.
Wer mal nach den Röhrchen im Internet schaut - der wird bald sehen WER da Kasse zu machen versucht mit Testern die in F definitif NICHT zugelassen sind!
